~Not a Follower~This is a featured page

Samwise
Such a simple name.
'Fool' is the opposite
Of his great heart.
He is no fool, only kind.
His heart greater than
Most other's minds.
He began humble, in dirt
A servant, knowing his place.
But his heart and mind
Deserved from greater
Than his little race.
A gardner who will follow
Until the ends of the earth.
Never giving up, hope or faith
Triumphing with his will.
All he wanted, a simple life
Little children, Rosie to be his wife.
A small garden of his own
A cozy home to keep
But, alas, this little Hobbit
Deserved a quest to seek.
Not a warrior, not a scholar,
Not a leader...
But not a follower.
His humble spirit resisted
Temptation, the most evil.
His sharp mind knew dangers
Forsight against the most fowl.
His pure heart held strength
Determination, that good will win.
His undying devotion held fast
To stay alive, to keep walking.
This little Hobbit's hands held dirt
Saved lives with a steel blade.
This little Hobbit drank beer
Tasted food of god-like beings.
This little Hobbit wore servant garb,
Was protected with Magic clothes.
This little Hobbit never walked far,
Treked a land of Shadow & Flame.
This little Hobbit never worried,
Used his last will to save the world.
This little Hobbit who was a servant,
Became a leader, admired by all...
This little Hobbit was not a follower.
