Directions for Posting Fan Fics
These are the directions for posting a fan fic on this site. If you have any questions, please contact PropertyOfFrodo. Thanks!
To post a story, you must send the following information to PropertyOfFrodo at dudemascot@gmail.com (To send the information and story to PropertyOfFrodo, please copy and paste the story into the email. Unless completely necessary, DO NOT send as an attachment. Also include the info mentioned below - main points are in bold text.)
Identify the main character/characters: Frodo Baggins, Bilbo Baggins, Samwise Gamgee, Meriadoc Brandybuck, Peregrin Took, Rosie Cotton/Gamgee, or Miscellaneous Hobbit (please tell the hobbit's/hobbits' name/names).
Write out the title of your story.
Include a summary.
Write your status (status is labeled "In Progress" or "Complete")
Identify the chapter number.
Identify the genre. (Genre List: General, Romance, Humor, Drama, Poetry, Adventure, Mystery, Horror, Angst, Tragedy, Family, Hurt/Comfort, Friendship) You may have more than one Genre, but try to keep it narrowed down to the main genres.
Include your member name.
Copy and paste the body of your story into the email. (Please do NOT send as an attachment unless completely necessary.)
